I don’t really have much to say today. It’s too early, I’m not caffeinated enough, and there are some ten pounds of potatoes downstairs waiting for me to peel them. What I can tell you is that I’m very appreciative of those of you who have read my few posts so far. It means a lot to me that people are curious enough with my life to want to learn more about what’s going on with me, and I love you all for it. This year, I realized that I need both my daily checklists (more on those in a future post) and this blog to remain accountable to both myself and my loved ones, and it feels good to get back to regularly blogging again.
Enjoy your holidays, everyone.
Y’all, I messed up in my last post. The title I gave was “I’m just here for the food.” Leigh Cole was the first to identify the movie as Ever After, but Adam Durham went on to credit Danielle’s stepsister Jacqueline for line and to provide the correct quote: “I’m only here for the food.” Mea culpa, intrepid readers.
In response, I figured for Christmas I’d give you a festive but deliberately tricky challenge with today’s title, with a special reward to match. Good luck, everyone!
